WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE WORK TOGETHER:
Step 1: I send you the introductory questionnaire, which you fill out and return to me.
Step 2: I deliver 3-5 sketches, based on the answers in your questionnaire and any conversations we've had.
Step 3: We settle on a concept, based on the sketches you've received, and I begin working on a more finished version.
Step 4: I email you each step of the way to get your feedback.
Step 5: 4 rounds of revisions (ie: minor changes/tweaks) are included in the cost of your package, so this is the stage to be as detailed as you can about what you like/don't like/etc. After 4 revisions, additional fees will apply. (See below.)
Step 5: Once you are 100% happy with the design, I email you all the file types you will need for web and print applications. And you'll be on your way!

99% of the time, 3-5 sketches and 4 rounds of revisions are plenty to get to the perfect design that you're looking for. Sometimes, though, it takes a bit longer, and more time is required.
In these situations, an additional hourly fee, billed at $65/R455 per hour, will be charged for revisions made after 5 sketches in the initial stages, and after 4 revisions in the design stages. Major revisions (ie: revisions reflecting an entirely new direction to the project or new conceptual input) will also be billed at $65/ R455 per hour after the initial sketch stage. **I will let you know if we are nearing a situation where the hourly fee will take effect.**
The $65 / R 455 per hour additional fee will be added on to your final invoice.
Final files will be delivered upon receipt of the final invoice.
A 50% deposit is required before we begin working together. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project (and before delivery of the final files). The invoice will be sent to you by email and can be paid through Paypal (International) or by EFT (South Africa).
